Electrical safety (EICR)
Landlords and duty-holders must keep fixed wiring and appliances safe. In rented homes that means a satisfactory Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) at least every five years, with any C1/C2 issues put right, plus safe, tested appliances where you supply them. Electrical safety is one of our core in-house services, and we manage the whole cycle for you.
