Fire safety
Fire safety is a legal duty for every non-domestic and multi-occupied residential building. Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the 'responsible person' must assess and manage fire risk, and tightened duties under the Fire Safety Act 2021 and the Building Safety Act 2022 have raised the bar. We help responsible persons assess their risk, inspect and maintain fire doors, check compartmentation, and train their people. Whatever stage you're at, we can pick it up.
