Lifts, hoists, passenger lifts and other lifting equipment must be thoroughly examined under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER): typically every 6 months for equipment that carries people and every 12 months for other lifting gear, or in line with an examination scheme.

How we help
What we do
We arrange and manage the thorough examinations with competent examiners, keep your inspection records and reports in order, and make sure nothing slips past its due date.
Defect management
We flag any defects and required actions clearly, so faults are put right before they become a safety, service or legal problem, and help you evidence that the equipment remains safe to use.
Whether it's a single passenger lift or lifting equipment across a whole portfolio, we help you stay on top of LOLER and protect the people who rely on it.
