Fire risk assessments
A fire risk assessment (FRA) is the foundation of fire safety, and it's a legal requirement. We carry out clear, impartial assessments and give you a practical action plan you can actually work through.

How we help
What it is
A structured assessment of your building's fire risks: ignition sources, fuel, the people at risk, means of escape, detection and warning, and your management arrangements. It identifies what could go wrong and what to do about it.
Who needs one
Every non-domestic premises and multi-occupied residential building must have a current FRA under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The 'responsible person' is legally accountable, and where five or more people are employed the assessment must be recorded.
What we do
We assess the building, identify the hazards and the people most at risk, and set out clear, prioritised actions, separating the urgent from the routine so you know exactly where to start.
What you receive
A plain-English FRA report with risk ratings and a practical action list, kept clear enough to hand to a contractor and defensible enough to stand up to inspection.
